We only book pets on airlines that comply with the strict Live Animal Regulations set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Your pet’s safety is our absolute priority.

Your pet must travel in an IATA-compliant, hard-sided kennel. The kennel must be large enough for your pet to stand, turn around, and lie down naturally. We provide detailed specifications and can often help you source an approved crate.

This is a key part of our service. We can arrange for a custom broker to clear your pet through Canadian customs (a mandatory step) and provide door-to-door delivery to your final address in Canada. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your pet directly from the animal reception center at the arrival airport once customs clearance is complete.

This is rare if all paperwork is correctly completed. As part of our service, we ensure your paperwork is 100% compliant before departure. In the unlikely event of an issue, our ground partners in Canada will work directly with the CFIA officials to resolve it, and we will communicate with you every step of the way.
