Our door-to-door service is designed for your convenience. We will pick up your pet directly from your current home and transport them safely to the door of their new destination. Our professional handler will coordinate a precise pickup window and provide continuous updates until your pet is safely delivered.

We recommend booking as soon as your move is confirmed, ideally 2-4 days in advance. This ensures we can secure your preferred dates and route. For last-minute moves, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Not necessarily. We often transport multiple pets to make cross-country travel more efficient and affordable. However, all pets are securely housed in their own individual, size-appropriate crates for safety and are never allowed to interact. We carefully screen all pets for temperament and compatibility before grouping them.

We use modern, professionally maintained, climate-controlled vans specifically designed for animal transport. Our vehicles are equipped with ventilation, secure crate fastening systems, and are regularly sanitized.

For multi-day journeys, we pre-arrange overnight stops at approved, climate-controlled facilities or with one of our verified partner families. Your pet will be removed from the vehicle, given a comfortable place to rest, and fed according to your instructions. This is all part of our service at no extra cost.

Your pet’s well-being is our highest concern. Our handlers are trained in pet first-aid and CPR. Before transport, we collect your veterinary contact information. In the rare event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you and seek the nearest available veterinary clinic.
